DISC Profile Consultant Since 1998

My first exposure to DISC Profiling was as part of the interview process for a consulting role which would see me become that businesses Senior DISC Consultant and DISC Business Manager, developing a network of DISC Consultants/Resellers across Australasia and consulting to client businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and China and later, the UK.

Over this time I’ve DISC Profiled tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of people and the feedback I’ve received from them continues to enforce my belief in the DISC Tool as a simple, yet powerful assessment and development tool.

Invoke Results is my business which distributes the Discus range of DISC Profiling tools and through which I deliver most of my DISC Consulting services including:

  • Personal DISC Consultations – confidential one-on-one session  to explore your DISC Profile and how you can use it to enhance your personal and professional relationships.
  • Team Profiling & Development – once I’ve profiled the people, I produce Team and Relationship Reports which are used to build the performance of the team and their leader. By combining one-on-one with team development activities, we tailor a program to develop the performance of any team
  • Recruitment & Selection – by developing Job Profiles which can be compared against internal and external candidates for a role, I work with you on Personal Development Plans to make sure that you have the right people, in the right places, performing the right tasks.
  • Conflict Resolution – utilising DISC Profiling to help people know themselves and understand others, is an excellent first stage in resolving conflict between people. Generally conflict is caused by conflicting communications style, motivators and fears. Understanding each other is a vital step in reconciliation.

Of course DISC Profiling isn’t the only tool I use in my consulting work. I’m a firm believer in ‘horses for courses’ – using the right tools for the right job. However, if you are looking to build better personal and professional relationships what I’ve experienced since 1998 tells me it’s not a bad place to start.

Onwards & Upwards!
